The "Belahi" Project

The Belahi breed of cows is the only indigenous breed of cows in the Shivalik foot hills. It faces an existential threat because of the diseases like Brucellosis. The Belahi project aims at finding cures and improving the milk yields in these cows. We seek community participation in making our efforts our a combined success.
